Jonathan obtained his MSc in Physiotherapy at McMaster University, and also completed both a BSc and an MSc in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. Jonathan has a strong background in exercise, from working as a personal trainer at the University of Ottawa to conducting research on exercise during pregnancy in his master’s degree. In addition to exercise, Jonathan uses a combination of manual therapy techniques and education to create a well-rounded plan for home and in-person treatment. Jonathan believes that every patient is unique, so his treatments are tailored to each individual based on their goals and functional abilities.
Jonathan is interested in continuing to expand his skillset through courses like acupuncture and the McKenzie Method. In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys working out, bouldering, and board games.
