Kristine Kavanaugh is a bilingual Registered Physiotherapist. She obtained her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2009 from the University of Ottawa, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from l’Université de Moncton in New Brunswick. Over the past 10 years, Kristine has excelled in private practice. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve their goals through tailored exercise programs and quality hands-on treatment. She has completed many post-graduate courses to develop her skills.  She has found the addition of Craniosacral therapy, acupuncture and dry needling techniques to be a benefit for her patients in achieving successful outcomes.

Kristine’s approach is active, involving the client through education and exercise and helping clients discover their potential to help heal themselves. Her variety of skills, caring personality and dedication to her clients are appreciated by the many clients she has helped. She looks forward to continuing on her journey of learning as she grows as a physiotherapist.
